About Sharon

I grew up in a small town in rural Maine where there were no streets, and my first school had one room and two students... I was taught from an early age the value of nourishment and to appreciate the process that went into this, whether it came from the ground, the woods, or the grocery store.

In the early nineties, a sudden life-changing illness brought this appreciation to a whole new level. After years of attempting to reach a ‘diagnosis’, I realized that to truly heal, I needed to be willing to take my health (physically, mentally, and spiritually) into my own hands. This healing process has taught me to live a full and vibrant life, and is the very foundation of my practice today. (more)
